I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shannan Moore, who helped me with my internet bill! She went above and beyond to help me when I truly needed it, and her kindness, patience, and willingness to work with me made such a difference.

She didn’t make me feel judged or like just another customer. She actually listened, understood my situation, and genuinely cared about helping me find a solution. Her compassion and professionalism were absolutely outstanding.
