What should I do if my internet connection is slow?

Start by running a speed test using an online Speed Test tool. If your speed is lower than expected, try rebooting your router. If, after rebooting your router, you are still experiencing issues, please contact our support team for further troubleshooting and assistance.

How do I reset my password for my 360 Broadband account?
