What is Covered?

360 Complete Care goes above and beyond the standard warranty or coverage of parts and labor. It covers the full cost of maintenance, repair, or replacement of 360 Broadband Equipment installed by a 360 Broadband technician for active customers.

Coverage Includes:

  • Accidental Damage Coverage
    • Dog-chewed or damaged cables
    • Unintentional physical damage to installed components outside normal wear and tear
  • Renovation & Construction Adjustments
    • Rewiring or reinstallation due to home improvements like: Reroofing, Siding replacements, and Interior remodels
      Relocation Flexibility
    • One relocation per calendar year, whether you: Move to a new home, Need to reposition your router or equipment inside your current home, Want to shift your cable or dish location for better aesthetics or performance
  • Parts & Labor Included
    • No surprise charges. If Complete Care covers it, we take care of all parts and labor costs.
  • Enhanced Network Upgrades
    • Labor included for installing and configuring: Additional Calix routers, Mesh Wi-Fi systems for better home coverage, Outdoor Wi-Fi access points for extending service to patios, backyards, and outdoor buildings
  • Force of Nature Protection: Repair or replace 360 Broadband-installed equipment damaged by wind, fire, lightning, or storms.

Complete Care coverage applies only to devices connected to surge-protected outlets.

Not covered:

  • Equipment or hardware not installed by 360 Broadband technicians
  • Customer-owned devices, routers, towers, or hardware
  • Custom or non-standard installations, including customer-built towers
  • Malicious damage, abuse, or intentional negligence
  • Damage to property or home caused by natural disasters, such as fires, floods, or severe weather
  • Vandalism or theft of equipment

Liability Notice

Force Majeure Protection: 360 Broadband is not responsible for any damages to customer property, structures, or belongings resulting from storm events, acts of nature, power surges, or other force majeure events that may impact or involve 360 Broadband-installed equipment.

This warranty only covers the replacement of 360 Broadband equipment — it does not cover secondary damage caused by external events beyond our control.

Important: A surge protector must be used to maintain Complete Care coverage for all 360 Broadband-installed equipment.
