On select plans, pricing is guaranteed for 12 months. A prorated early termination fee of up to $100 applies if the service is canceled within the first 12 months. This offer is available to new residential Internet customers at eligible addresses. Speed tiers offered include WISP 25 (20-25 Mbps download/upload), WISP 50 (40-50 Mbps download/upload), and WISP 100 (80-100 Mbps download/upload) for wireless services. For fiber customers, speed tiers include Fiber 200 (180-200 Mbps download/upload), Fiber 500 (450-500 Mbps download/upload), Fiber 1 Gig (846-1000 Mbps download, 792-1000 Mbps upload), Fiber 2 Gig (1800-2000 Mbps download/upload), Fiber 5 Gig (4500-5000 Mbps download/upload), and Fiber 7 Gig (6300-7000 Mbps download/upload).
